1. Initial call
Once we say hi, we'll dive into a quick chat about your business goals, timelines, and budget.
2. Quote
If we're a good match, I'll send a quote that covers everything we discussed. I work on a flat-fee basis, so you'll never be surprised!
3. Research
Whether we’re working on revamping your website or creating content, I’ll research your customers, competitors, and industry. For website messaging, this also includes a 120-minute value proposition workshop and a friendly customer survey.
4. Wireframing and content
I’ll wireframe your new pages in Figma and draft the copy. I’ll leave comments on my thought process so you get the full picture.
5. Feedback round
Once we’re ready, I’ll send you the files. All my project pricing includes two feedback rounds. If things aren’t right the first time, I’ll revise until it’s perfect. But I’m pretty confident we’ll never need to go beyond two.
